Oh My Ghee-ness!

The Paleo Product of the month for September is Ancient Organics Ghee.

And to reiterate the title of this blog…Oh My Ghee-ness! It is delicious! I’ve tried other brands of ghee before and this tastes quite different. The creamy texture and nutty, caramelly (not sure if that’s a word 🙂 flavor is amazing. My favorite way to eat it is to dip sliced apples into it for a tasty snack. I also love to make pureed soups with it…makes the soup super creamy and flavorful!
