1 Toxic “Health” Food You Should Never Eat

Are you sure that the “health foods” you pick up from the grocery store are actually healthy?

You may be surprised by how many toxic ingredients are snuck into the foods you are eating every single day. Companies know that now more than ever, we are all looking for that label of “healthy” when we decide what to eat. They spend a lot of time creating ads and campaigns to make their products seem like they will help you lose weight and live longer – but further research shows that many of these products are grossly mislabeled.

For example – Canned Tomatoes.

Fresh tomatoes are nutritious and delicious – but canning them morphs them into a super toxic product that should be avoided.

The lining of most cans is coated with BPA (bisphenol-A) and the acidity of the tomatoes causes the BPA to leach out of the can lining and into your tomatoes.

BPA has most recently been linked to endocrine disorders such as infertility, breast and prostate cancer, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and more.
