Just completed my first 30-Day Challenge!
I have cut my insulin intake in half and reduced my blood pressure medicine.
I lost 23 lbs. and have gone down a size. My husband followed the plan with me and he lost 14 lbs!
We will be continuing on the Paleo lifestyle as we both want to keep losing weight and living healthier!
Thanks for all the support and guidance. I encourage anyone who is thinking about trying Paleo to jump in! You will be amazed at how much better you will feel!
