Day 1 – 175 lbs. – the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life!
Day 30 – 165 lbs.
The 10 Lbs. lighter me was happy to see such a quick drop in such a short amount of time, without feeling that I was starving myself. What I am most happy about, is that I finally summed up the “guts” to do something that actually takes care of ME. I learned many things about fueling my body with the right food, and de-stressing through light exercising and meditation.
I cleaned up my refrigerator and my pantry and saved a good amount of money by spending a heck of a lot more time in the kitchen learning how to adapt to a new way of preparing our meals.
Your daily emails have been most helpful and motivating throughout. I am committed to continue losing until I get to what I consider an optimal weight for my frame, age, and activity – not by projecting a number on paper, but paying attention to what my body is telling me.
I have more energy, I do not need an extra shot of coffee in the afternoon, and I will take advantage of this surge in energy to go out and exercise more.
