Want a Flat Belly? STOP Doing These 3 Things

Everyone wants that coveted flat belly look and bikini-ready beach body – but very few know how to get it.

In fact – many people are actually doing the wrong types of exercises in order to work their core. A lot of common ab exercises can actually hurt you! They are bad for your health and your spine, take too much time in the gym and are just plain boring.

  1. Too Much Cardio: For some reason, people think that in order to have the core they want, they need to run on the treadmill or glide on the elliptical for 45-60 minutes a day. Not to mention, it’s very easy for this movement to cause back pain and/or injury to the spine.
  3. The ‘Latest Ab Craze’: It seems that magazines and infomercials are constantly promoting the “latest breakthrough” in burning belly fat. But how is this possible? If these products worked (especially in the long-term) companies wouldn’t have to keep creating new ones. There just simply hasn’t been a solution to this ‘problem’ are that ACTUALLY works..
