Hello Brenda and Chad!
This is Karen R. Thank you for all of your help and guidance during this new journey for me. I feel that this is a lifestyle that I can manage now.
This has taught me more about what it really takes to stay healthy. I have actually enjoyed being in the kitchen a little more. Still my greatest challenge will be time and prep management, but I will get there!
I started out on this journey, tired, listless, and exhausted. Now, my energy level is up and I have lost about 8 lbs.!!
Day 1 weight: 168
Day 30 weight: 160
I have learned more about HOW & WHEN to drink water!!
My meals have been more satisfying and have kept me away from consuming the “junk” I was putting in my system every day!!
I actually stumbled upon “Paleo” thru a pick I saw on a friends page on Facebook of a meal she had prepared for her family! It looked so yummy I had to know more!!
I have now purchased thru a local bookstore “Paleo for Beginners” and “Real Paleo, Fast & Easy Recipes” to help me make better lifestyle cooking choices!!
At least, I am excited about it and I’ve not felt this way in a very long time, so hopefully I will keep it up!!
At the moment, I am dealing with a family health crisis, I have managed to stay on track pretty well, but want to again say THANK YOU for your help in getting me on the right track to making better choices!
