Crockpot Sausage and Eggs

Servings: 6


  • 8 eggs, whisked
  • 1 sweet potato, shredded
  • 1lb breakfast sausage, broken up
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 3 cups kale, chopped and packed
  • coconut oil



Grease a crockpot with coconut oil and add all the ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. This is a great thing to make before going to bed and have ready for breakfast when you wake up!

    Is there recipes for just two people….My husband is not a fan of left overs……Desperately need to loose 40lbs before December 14th.

    freeze your leftovers. Make half and freeze for later.
