On day one I weighed 330 lbs. Yesterday I weighed 308.
I stuck to the Paleo diet daily. No bread, no dairy products, no bad oils, no processed foods or snacks. I did a lot of cooking but nothing fancy. I ate enough eggs that I should be able to fly.
I exercised pretty intensely for 25 out of the 30 days, mostly weights and cycling. I am 62 years old.
I am going to stick with the diet as best I can for at least another 2 weeks. I have a doctor’s appointment at that point where my blood will be drawn. I want to see how it has affected my bloodwork.
I am positive my a1c will be better. My morning blood sugar has dropped from the 150-175 range to 108-115.
