- 3 ripe avocados
- Approximately 1 cup of cilantro (I use pretty much the whole bunch)
- ¼ of a purple onion, coarsely chopped
- 1-2 tsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ to ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Start with less salt and lime juice, blend together and add more to taste. Process until smooth and creamy.
