Hello, my name is Alisa and I’m 42. I started this 30 day challenge to find a way to reduce inflammation in my body and lose some weight since I’m at risk for high blood pressure & high cholesterol (family history).
I was already eating healthy but couldn’t figure out why some of the weight wouldn’t come off. Doctor wanted me to lose some weight.
So I figured that why not try it for 30 days and see what happens.
It was a little difficult to completely eliminate sugar. Found that blueberries with my breakfast meal was a better substitute than the other sugars.
My inflammation has disappeared. Digestive system feels better. I’ve lost about 4 pounds on this challenge.
I am gonna keep with the tips that both of you provided and I wanted to say thank you for them.
