Thanksgiving Recipes

Thanksgiving is just a few days away.  I know what you must be thinking.  How in the world am I going to stick to my paleo diet on Thanksgiving?  How will I be able to resist the carb-filled goodness of stuffing, cornbread, and all the pies??  I’ve been afraid of this too and for the most part I try stick to the meat and veggies, and avoid the carbs and desserts. BUT I have to say, I do cave very easily on Thanksgiving because it’s always been my favorite food holiday.  I get into the stuffing and apple pie, but I always regret it after as I feel myself going into that trusty old food coma within hours.

But guess what, you can still enjoy all the delicious treats of Thanksgiving without all the sugar!  The Paleo Secret has an incredible Anti-Inflammatory Thanksgiving Recipe Book with tons of ideas for delicious Thanksgiving dishes.  These are meals that your whole family will love and won’t leave you all immobile on the couch for days.  We’re talking an Apple Cider Brine Baked Turkey, Stuffing with Pear, Prosciutto and Pistachio and a Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Mash!  Not to mention the Paleo Pumpkin Pie with a walnut crust… it’s pretty amazing!  These recipes are extremely low in sugar, specifically refined-sugar, which makes them very effective anti-inflammatory meals.  The removal of grains also reduces the inflammatory response to these foods, as well.  You can finally enjoy all the delicious treats of Thanksgiving, but you’ll be using REAL foods that aren’t processed.  How great is that?  Delicious AND Healthy!  Get your own copy of the Paleo-Friendly, Anti-Inflammatory Thanksgiving Recipe Book!  Oh and by the way, it’s totally FREE!  Click here!
