Fat Crushing Body-Weight Workout(10 Minutes)

You know what a lot of my female clients ask me? “How do I get rid of this flab on the back side of my arms?” …seriously, it’s like the #1 question!

My first question back at them is ALWAYS…

“What are you eating, how are you sleeping, and what’s your stress like?”

Because the TRUTH is that food and lifestyle are foundational! You can exercise all you want but if you don’t quit it with the fake foods, poor sleep and stressed lifestyle then you’re not getting anywhere. Real food, quality sleep, and chillin’ out equates to results!

But after that I have many possible solutions…

Have you ever tried floor walks? Their great for creating strong shoulders, improving posture and toning up the arms, particularly in the spots that I get so many questions about.

Here is a workout I put together with floor walks and a couple other leg movements so you can get A LOT done in very little time with no equipment.

“Walk the Plank”
AMRAP in 10 min
-3 floor walks
-10 step back lunges
-15 squats

Do it today!
Here is what you’ll do…
Set a timer for 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes complete as many rounds as you can of 3 floor walks, 10 step back lunges and 15 squats.
