Salmon Salad with Avocado

  • 2 cans of wild salmon (or 1lb baked salmon, flaked, chilled)
  • 3T of mayo (I used homemade avocado mayo!)
  • 1t dijon
  • .25 finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1t minced red onion
  • .5c chopped celery
  • dash of tabasco
  • season with S&P
  • garnish with fresh chives

*options – 1 chopped hard-boiled egg, 1T chopped capers!

Simply mix in a bowl and serve over  sliced avocado!
